Control, air conditioning and ventilation technology

The control of energy, heat or temperature has become an indispensable part of everyday life. Components work for us in the background at all times, without our even being aware of them. For example, valves are adjusted, flow rates are controlled and a wide variety of media are circulated.
This variety of applications mean equally varied requirements: maintenance-free operation with a long service life is required, as is simple installation and high running smoothness.

Control valve drives

These customer-specific drives actuate control valves, such as those used in remote heat transfer pipe networks. To accommodate the wide variety of applications, we produce over 100 variants, including those for different displacements, actuating forces, speeds and operating voltages. Test procedures integrated into assembly ensure that all relevant characteristic values are achieved at all times. For our customers, we take over both the complete assembly and the manufacture of the injection molded plastic parts.

Control valve drives

As an individual small valve drive, this component, in conjunction with zone valves, controls radiators and induction units, for example. From over 40 individual parts, some 25 variants are produced, which differ in terms of lifting force and actuating speed, for example. A concluding final test ensures that the drive fulfills the required performance data. For this drive, we also produce all of the injection molded plastic parts.

Pump drives

In the pump technology area, our products are responsible for circulating various media. With the right combination of material and technical implementation, our gears, connection rods and housings fulfill the stringent requirements for resilience and temperature resistance.
