All of the ideas we develop for our customers are recorded in the form of electronic data, whose content and form can then be further processed. CAD makes ideas visible, and provides a precise basis for the evolving product. Our know-how in the field of gear wheel design and optimisation is your guarantee for top quality, smooth running, high load capacities and a long service life. After our proposed solution has been approved, we launch engineering development of the product, and at the same time start laying out the necessary tools and moulds. These tasks are completed in-house as well.
The right tools are absolutely essential for getting the job done. Our in-house tool and mould making department is passionately devoted to producing each of the mould’s components with the greatest of care, many of which are precision engineered. Ultramodern equipment is at our disposal to this end, for example CNC milling, wire erosion etc.
After the first article sample or pre-series production has been approved, we launch series production of the agreed upon lot quantities. Our highly modern fleet of machines (45 injection moulding machines at the moment) and competent production employees assure fulfilment of your delivery requirements.
