Our great wealth of experience in selecting the right materials, laying out parts for trouble-free injection moulding and precision assembly is taken advantage of right from the very beginning. The scope of our offerings is correspondingly comprehensive: plastic-metal combinations, ultrasonic welding, bonding, greasing etc.
In particular where assemblies consisting of plastic and metal are concerned, our capabilities bear fruit, because ideal functioning, smooth running and a long service life are only possible if everything fits together perfectly.
By using 2 Components we increase customer-value through combining the specifications of both materials. For example stiffness and flexibility can be combined.
F. Morat & Co. processes the high-tech PEEK™ polymer for use in high-temperature applications (use of finished parts at temperatures of up to 260° C). This material is preferred when the finished parts are exposed to extreme mechanical and thermal stressing, and where good resistance to chemicals and hydrolytic stability are required. Many years of experience and perfection of the injection moulding process are the customer’s guarantee that products made of these materials will perform as expected.
